Good value place, competent staff at all times. Comfortable bed in standard queen studio with a fridge, a microwave oven and central heating. Kitchenette and spotless bathroom.

Bad smell in the room.

Although our visit was very short the location and the staff perfect and price wise it was excelent value for money

for two people the bed was very awkward to get into as it had been turned sideways suposedly to make more room

The place was fairly clean with an excellent staff at all times. The hotel was near to the city center and in a quiet residential area, much quieter than the Gambetta location.- The Victor Hugo - Saint-Augustin district was worth staying in.

Situated 10min walk (depending on length of step...) from the centre of Bordeaux, in a residential area, this hotel offers inexpensive accomodation, while still within reasonable distance from the places to be and see while there. The staff is excellent, and the rooms reasonable compared with the price. Theres a kitchenette in the room with refigerator, and utensils, so its possible to cook breakfast and lunch there. Parking is possible in the adjacent garage, for a fee.

Clean and functional accom with particularly good location near to bus route to airport as well as supermarket bus tram. Substantial breakfast with lots of good food: )

Not far from city centre, good 10-15 minutes walk

Desperately needs refurbishment, our door separating the bedroom from the living room space was broken, windows, curtains, carpet not clean, bed small and uncomfortable, ,room is very dated, with overused furniture, corridors dark , breakfast is very basic continental

The location was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful, swimming pool was a plus, convenient kitchen, diverse TV channels.

The room and bed were just right for the two of us, and the small kitchen was clean and well equipped. the receptionists were friendly and spoke good English. the location was safe and central, within walking distance of major sights and with easy access to the airport.

The last time I stayed at citea they gave me a spacious and comfort room with a clean bathroom. This time I had a small dirty room with a disgusting bathroom. Not planning to come again at citea.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, shops, and has a peaceful ambiance.

Spacious room, large bathroom, equipped kitchenette, cheap parking. Also a swimming pool which we hadn't known about before which was a pity.An easy 10 min walk to the old city centre. Only 7 euro to park the car - we left it there after checking out in the morning and collected it at 3pm which was great. Ideal locationfor seeing the city at cheap rate, plus you can cook a meal in your room to save money.

Kitchen would benefit from mugs for those English who like to drink a mug of tea! Tiny coffee cups not much use!
